Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ORA, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

You must be 18 or older to create an ORA account or use interactive AI and Community features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

3. Subscription

Drama includes released premium episodes and unlimited private character text chat. Immersive includes Drama benefits plus enhanced relationship memory, generated character voice, and image/video creation. A successful Immersive Monthly renewal grants 220 Credits and a successful Immersive Annual renewal grants 2,600 Credits.

These are U.S. reference prices. The exact localized price, tax, introductory-offer eligibility, duration, and renewal terms shown by Apple at confirmation control your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ORA → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain paid access until that date. Apple manages App Store cancellation and billing — OraXLabs cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.

5. Credits (one-time purchases)

Credits are ORA's only member-facing usage currency. The launch packs are 100 Credits for $4.99 USD, 225 Credits for $9.99 USD, and 500 Credits for $19.99 USD. Credits packs are consumable, one-time purchases—not subscriptions. Credits can unlock eligible released episodes and fund eligible voice, image, and video creation. The app displays the exact Credits cost before each eligible action.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money. They remain associated with the ORA account that purchased or received them, subject to account deletion, refunds, chargebacks, fraud correction, and applicable law. Historical “coin” product identifiers may remain solely for purchase restoration or refund compatibility; the current product calls the currency Credits.

6. Refunds

All iOS purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be filed through Apple:

OraXLabs, LLC does not directly issue App Store refunds. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, related access or Credits may be reversed.

7. Content

ORA delivers fictional serialized stories, private AI-generated fictional-character conversations, generated voice, and image/video creation. Character chats and user-generated moments do not rewrite released canon. ORA is intended for adults and may include mature themes. AI-generated and Community content may be imperfect, fictional, or unexpected and should not be relied on as professional advice or factual information.

8. Community, Creation, and Moderation

Completed creations may be shared to Community by default after automated or human moderation. You can turn sharing off before creating and hide your own published post from public feeds later. A hidden post remains in your private My Posts history until account deletion or other removal under these Terms. Community posts keep their source world and may be labeled as generated or non-canon in the product.

You may report objectionable posts or AI replies and block creators. OraXLabs may filter, reject, hide, remove, or preserve content and may restrict accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to reports, or comply with law. Moderation reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every item is reviewed before you encounter it.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer ORA or extract content in bulk; (b) share account credentials; (c) scrape, resell, or redistribute story or generated content without permission; (d) impersonate, harass, threaten, or exploit another person; (e) submit content involving sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic or sadistic violence, illegal activity, or infringement of another person's rights; or (f) bypass access, age, moderation, payment, or safety controls.

10. Your Content and ORA Content

You keep any rights you hold in prompts, captions, and eligible generated results you submit or create, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant OraXLabs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, moderate, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve ORA and, when published, make it available in Community. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

ORA stories, characters, artwork, software, marks, and other service content are owned by OraXLabs or its licensors. Your subscription or purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use ORA; it does not transfer ownership of ORA intellectual property.

11. Mall Interest and Pre-orders

A “pre-order” or limited-edition interest action in ORA may be a non-binding demand check for subscribers and may not collect payment. Unless a later screen clearly presents a checkout, price, delivery terms, and purchase confirmation, expressing interest is not a purchase and does not guarantee inventory.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created a safety, fraud, or legal risk. Store billing continues until you cancel with Apple. Refunds, if any, are determined by Apple or applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

ORA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OraXLabs, LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of ORA is limited to the amount you paid for ORA in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Apple Standard EULA

For iOS users, Apple's standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms: apple.com/legal/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where Apple's EULA conflicts with these Terms, Apple's EULA governs to the extent of the conflict for iOS subscriptions only.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes to this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
