Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ORA, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

You must be 17 or older to use ORA. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Sign out (or by requesting deletion at [email protected]).

3. Subscription

Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are in USD; local currency conversion is handled by Apple/Google.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ORA → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → ORA → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Unlimited access until that date. Apple and Google manage all cancellation flows — we cannot cancel on your behalf.

5. Coin Packs (one-time purchases)

Coin packs are one-time purchases (not subscriptions). Coins unlock individual chapters and do not expire as long as your account exists. Coins are non-refundable except as required by Apple App Store Review Guideline §3.1.1 or Google Play policies.

6. Refunds

All purchases (subscriptions and coin packs) are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be filed through the respective store:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Google Play Order History

oraxlabs LLC does not directly issue refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases.

7. Content

ORA delivers fictional serialized stories. All characters, events, and dialogue are works of fiction. Content is rated 17+ and may include adult themes. We do not knowingly distribute content that violates Apple App Store Review Guidelines or Google Play policies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer the app or extract source content; (b) share account credentials; (c) use automation to scrape or download content beyond personal reading; (d) resell or redistribute content. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You will lose access to active subscriptions; any unused subscription period will be refunded through the App Store / Play Store if required by their policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ORA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, oraxlabs LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of ORA is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Apple Standard EULA

For iOS users, Apple's standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms: apple.com/legal/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where Apple's EULA conflicts with these Terms, Apple's EULA governs to the extent of the conflict for iOS subscriptions only.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes to this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
