I can't log in or my magic link expired
Magic links are valid for 60 minutes. If yours expired, request a new one from the login screen — the previous link becomes invalid as soon as a new one is issued. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam or try a different inbox.
My subscription was charged but I don't see access
Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play). Open the app's Subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchases." If access still doesn't refresh within a few minutes, contact us with your receipt ID.
Reading progress isn't syncing across devices
Progress syncs when you're signed in on each device. If a chapter shows as unread on a second device, pull-to-refresh the episode list — the latest read state is fetched on demand.
How do coin unlocks work?
Each locked chapter shows its coin cost on the episode card. Tap the chapter, then tap "Unlock with coins" in the paywall sheet. Coins are deducted from your balance immediately, and the chapter stays unlocked on your account.
Can I get a refund for coins or subscription?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Open your store account, find the purchase, and request a refund through their flow. For subscription cancellation, use the Subscription screen — it links directly to the right store page.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We process deletion requests within 7 days; your reading data and preferences are removed, and any active subscription stays with your store account (manage cancellation separately).
Why am I seeing content I didn't expect?
Episodes are tagged by mood, tropes, and spice level. If you completed the trope quiz, your home feed reflects those preferences. You can update preferences from the Settings screen any time.
